What are the requirements for the applicants?

You should be a secondary school student aged 14 to 16 with IT skills and a standard in mathematics to go through the competitive selection process online. You should speak a good level of Russian. You are also expected to have a computer or a device for online learning.

What is the language of application?

The application process is in Russian or English.

Instruction is in Russian.

Why is it in Russian?

Samsung Innovation Campus is a new programme in Armenia and at this moment all the materials are available in Russian, where the programme was created. Currently there are no materials either in Armenian or in English.

What is the application process?

On registering you will have to take an online test, and if you are successful, you will be invited to the second stage, which is an interview, which will be held online.

How soon will I know if I have been accepted?

When you are attending the interview, you will be given a date of notification of the final decision.

How long is the programme?

The programme is spread over a year, in total 132 hours, with 4 hours of classes a week. As part of the programme, participants have to undertake a special project and present it at the end of the course.

When and where are the classes going to be held?

In-person classes will be held during the weekend on UWC Dilijan campus in a  computer lab equipped with Samsung computers and tablets. There will also be classes online and special boot camps.


Who teaches the programme at Samsung Innovation Campus?

Our instructors are certified by Samsung Electronics, and they take advanced training courses annually.

How much does it cost to participate in the programme?

Samsung Innovation Campus is a social enterprise of Samsung Electronics, the programme is free.

How do one get to UWC Dilijan?

We will provide buses in the Tavush Region, from Yerevan and Gyumri.

Will there be a certificate issued on graduation?

Yes, once you complete all the requirements.

What is the deadline for enrolment?

The deadline for enrolment for the first cohort of students is 1 June 2022.

When will the classes start?

The classes of the first cohort will start in February 2022. The second cohort will start in September 2022. Specific dates will be announced in due course.

When will the schedule be announced?

The schedule will be announced one week before the start of the programme. You will receive a notification by email. Also, this information will become available on the portal in "My site", where you register.
