Samsung Electronics operates various technology-based education programmes to nurture young talent that is capable of leading society in the future. One of these programmes is Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC), which helps young people from all over the world learn about key technologies as well as preparing them and providing opportunities for them in their careers.
This free programme offers practical skills that can help young people improve their capabilities and subsequently find a job suited to these capabilities.
SIC currently operates in 23 countries around the world, and approximately 160,000 students have gone through a SIC program as of 2020.
In October 2021 Samsung and UWC Dilijan signed a memorandum of understanding about the establishment of Samsung Innovation Campus in Armenia at UWC Dilijan. The programme will be delivered under the auspices of Samsung Electronics CIS.
Programme
Samsung Innovation Campus is a long-term educational initiative of Samsung Electronics, which in Armenia is delivered, free of charge, by UWC Dilijan.
The programme has been developed by Samsung R&D Institute Russia with the participation of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
The programme is aimed at students of ages 14-16 with interest in IT who:
Have capacity for algorithmic thinking;
Know at least one programming language at the level of knowledge of conditional and cyclic structures;
Have a good knowledge of mathematics;
Have a good level of the Russian language.
The main features of the programme
An integrated approach: taking into account the level of individual knowledge, basic knowledge of various areas of IT and programming is covered.
Project-based learning: development of an individual project for students in the form of a mobile application on the Android OS.
Targeting students of different levels: focus on the “core” of the programme and providing opportunities for additional in-depth study of specific topics.

Step 1
Click Register below and fill in the application form at innovationcampus.ru following this step-by-step guide. The language of the application is Russian.
Step 2
On filling in the application you will have to take an online test. The test consists of 7 questions. You will have 1.5 hour to complete the test. The language of the test is Russian.
Step 3
You will be invited to an online interview if you pass the test (scoring 6 or higher on this test is necessary to pass). You will be given a date of notification of the final decision.
